Our approach is based around four basic yet comprehensive stages:

  • Goals. Understand the client's strategic objectives and identify the business processes that will be key in achieving them. This stage is very critical and beneficial to both ourselves and the client. We facilitate an objectives' review and then jointly plan any further work that is needed.
  • As - Is. Gather, analyse and present information on how the current processes work and how effective they are at achieving their objectives. We check that current process objectives match required strategic objectives. All information gathered is stored within a computer-based process modeling tool.
  • Re - design. Utilising the process modeling tool we re-design the business processes using 'live modeling' and simulation techniques. This enable us to test all assumptions and their implications prior to inflicting major change on the organisation.
  • Implementation. Ensure that the process, people and technology changes identified in the re-design are effectively implemented. Change management is critical and Opteama will facilitate the process to ensure benefits are realised.
