Our approach is based around four basic yet comprehensive stages:

  • Goals. Understand the client's strategic objectives and identify the Critical Success Factor & Key Performance Indicators needed to demonstrate their achievement.
  • Measure. Establish a Balanced Scorecard measurement system to Opteama's unique Scorecard design. It is simple to read and use. It cascades corporate targets down throughout the organisation to the 'Coal Face'. It is designed to be used as a powerful management tool.
  • Baseline. Determine baseline performance by assessing the organisation against a business excellence model. Prioritise areas of improvement to address weaknesses and capitalise on strengths.
  • Improvement. Establish the process and organisation to manage improvement. A programme manager and team of internal consultants will support initiatives, maintain the momentum and ensure benefits are realised.
