Opteama has linked with Transport Strategies to enable us to provide a more in-depth service across more areas. This linkage commenced operation on May 1st 2003.

Opteama specialises and developed a unique style in process analysis and improvement; performance measurement, management and improvement, and, more recently in strategy development and business planning.

Transport Strategies specialises and gained a strong reputation in the transport sector for strategy development and planning; developing bespoke investment decision support tools and specialist applications.

Opteama now has a team of 15 to 20 consultants who, in addition to delivering our core services, can provide assistance and advice in their key areas of expertise.
